Stage 2 is the moment when true, conscious action within the Serafin Mission begins. It is a space not for legal persons, but for people who understand who they are, what the Mission is, and who want to engage genuinely – from an inner need to end human enslavement while simultaneously developing their own awareness, strength, spirit, and material life.

This is the foundation of the entire Mission. This is where everything takes shape. Stage 1 is only an introduction – meant to draw attention, stir something within, and reveal those who truly want to act rather than remain in the illusion of powerlessness.

However, before anyone receives access to Stage 2, the man–creator Vietkong must be certain that the mechanisms and technologies used in the Mission are fully aligned with its vision: cooperation, decentralisation, transparency, and replication – so that the Mission can grow like a living organism, resilient to any attempt by the system to destroy it.

This requires vast knowledge, time, and work on many technological solutions. It also requires financial resources. I am not a billionaire – I am a man.
